Registration forms must be submitted in the office within the prescribed time. Applications submitted after specific date, incomplete, showing wrong/incorrect information, etc will summarily be rejected.
All are requested to follow the procedures for making the registration valid.
- As a matter of fact admission cannot be guaranteed to all registrants as the registration may exceed the number of seats available. In such cases selection will be on performance tests conducted by the school (all other classes). Allotment once made will be final, binding to all and no revision will be made upon requests.
Conditions for Admission
- The children seeking admission to K.G -1 class must complete 4 year of age on or before 31st March of that year.
- The Lower age limit for KG -2 is 5 years as on 31st March.
- The child must have a valid residence visa and Emirates ID card. The child must be physically present at the time of admission.
- The child’s original Birth Certificate (duly attested) and original passport with valid visa are to be produced at the time of admission.
- All students have to learn all subjects/Languages specified by the Education board and the Ministry of Education ,Ajman, UAE
- Parents of children with learning disabilities (SEN), if any, shall have to bear the expense for providing additional support to the children.

- Transfer should take place in the first month of the academic year if the school the student is coming from, follows the same curriculum.
- Students transferring from outside the country must be enrolled in his / her current school have been absent for more than a month.

For student from India:
- The Transfer Certificate has to be verified by the education office of the Zone/District/Area, from where the TC has been obtained.
- The seal and signature of the Education Officer is to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Dubai and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sharjah, U.A.E.
- For students coming from Gulf countries other than the U.A.E. & Oman, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education of the country.
- Students must be present in the school campus before the commencement of the Assembly. Attendance at the Assembly is mandatory.
- Students must bring the school diary daily.
- Students should come to school in complete school uniform.
- Prolonged absence on medical grounds should be supported by a Medical Certificate.
- Prior sanction must be sought from the Principal through the leave application form available in the school office in cases of absence exceeding three days.
- Repeated or extended absence (of 15 days or more) or leave without prior permission shall be reported to the Ministry of Education for the necessary action.
- Students suffering from contagious or infectious disease must refrain from attending the school until the completion of the quarantine period. They will not be permitted to attend school until they produce a Medical Certificate of clearance.
- Students are not allowed to see their parents or guardians during the school hours.
- Students who are detained in the same class for more than two years will be sent out of the school, as per the instructions of the MOE.
- Students should take care of their belongings like books, writing material, tiffin boxes etc.
- Students are advised not to bring play materials, magazines, periodicals, CDs, USB, mobile phones, camera, or any other electronic devices to the school. If found, strict action will be taken.
- Students should keep the class rooms and the school premises neat and tidy and should use the dustbins to dispose off the waste materials.
- The sole authority to admit or to dismiss any child and to revise the rules and regulations at any time, lies in the hands of the school Management.
- Boys should come with their hair short and groomed properly.
- Girls should groom their hair neatly.
- Students are advised to pare their nails regularly and no nail polish should be applied.
- No gold ornaments are permitted but small ear studs may be worn.
A special application form for withdrawal is available in the school office.
Parents are advised to submit it at least one month prior to the school for Transfer certificate, failing which one month’s tuition fee shall be forfeited.
TC shall be issued only after clearing all dues.
Parents are advised to collect the Medical Record of their ward from the Medical Room with the Transfer/Leaving certificate.
NOTE: The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any student whose decorum or Academic performance is not satisfactory.
- Students are required to maintain self discipline in the school campus.
- All students are expected to be polite and courteous. They are expected to greet teachers, other members of the staff and all visitors with due respect.
- Neat and tidy appearance at all times is a must. Boys are discouraged from sporting beard and side burns, and using hair gel.
- Children should speak English in the school premises.
- Disrespect, disobedience and misconduct may result in disciplinary action involving suspension or even dismissal.
- Running, playing or shouting inside the classroom will not be allowed.
- Chewing bubble gums is strictly prohibited inside the school campus & bus.
- Students should treat school property with respect and handle them with care. Any damage incurred on them will have to be compensated for.
The school reserves the sole right to dismiss the student whose progress in studies is consistently unsatisfactory or whose conduct is tainting other students. Immorality, contempt of authority and vandalism also lead to immediate dismissal after the approval from the MOE.
- Fee can be paid in cash or current dated cheques.
- All fees are to be remitted strictly on or before the 10th of each month. Reminders will be sent to defaulters. Non-compliance of which will lead to actions at the discretion of the management.
- Pupils shall not be allowed to write the examination, unless all fee dues are paid up-to-date.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school by working hand in hand, towards the growth and development of the child.
- Encourage the habit of self-discipline, self-work and self study. Inculcate ethical values in your ward.
- Ensure regular hours of study at home and help your ward develop proper study habits.
- Fees till the current month and the leave period must be paid before proceeding on leave.
- Kindly ensure that the school diary is brought to school daily by your ward. You are requested to check and sign your ward’s school diary for details regarding home works, assignments, and complaints/remarks and other communications by the teachers.
- Attend the OPEN HOUSE and Parent Teachers Meeting and help the teachers help your ward.
- Encourage your child to participate in all the activities of the school.
- Do not send your children to the school if they are medically unfit.
- Kindly pay special attention to the personal cleanliness of your ward.
- Promptly inform the school office and the class teacher, whenever there is change of address, telephone number, passport etc.
- In the event of an unexpected holiday during test/examinations, the test/exam scheduled on that date will be conducted later. The remaining exams will be conducted as scheduled.
- Change in pick-up or drop-off points will be accepted only prior written permission. You are requested to bring your ward to the Bus pick-up point in time and to be present at the drop-off time to ensure your ward’s safety.
- Parents of students using their won transport must make provisions to pick-up and drop off their ward on time.
KINDERGARTEN
The foundation level of learning process is introduced in the play way method. Cognitive skills and coherent of the tiny-tots are developed in an easy and fun filled environment.
The school has a picturesque block for kindergarten and has separate audio visual classrooms. KG section is having indoor play area and outdoor play park. The process of learning takes place through playway method and fun filled atmosphere. Games and competitions are organized to nourish the talent of the kids.

KINDERGARTEN
A record of each student’s progress and performance is maintained through an ongoing system of oral and written activities and the parents are regularly updated of the same.
Grades I to VII
Assessments are consistent with the CBSE initiated Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation policy, incorporating standard international practices. Assessment being an integral component of teaching and learning, on-going practice opportunities called ‘Assessment for Learning’ address and promote key learning areas. These are intended to provide feedback with respect to how well the student is grasps the concepts being taught. A certain number of assessment tasks are graded and these scores are maintained for the purposes of term and reports. However, all assessments conducted are shared with parents on an ongoing basis; and formal assessment reports with parents during the Open House at the end of semester 1 and semester 2.

Students are expected to attend the school on all days. In case of illness for one or two days, the student must bring leave letter and if it exceeds more than two days he / she has to produce Medical Certificate. Students are required to have atleast 80% of attendance. Application for leave is to be submitted to the head of the Institution and sanction should be obtained in advance.
